A combination of the larger town of Borehamwood (population 30000) and the smaller village of Elstree (population 5000), this area is probably best known for the film and television studios at Elstree but the area also has a rich history, great cafes and lifestyle enjoyed by its residents.
Being on the borders of London means that Elstree Borehamwood has great connections to no only the capital but the rest of the county.
Residents enjoy a great quality of life with leafy residential areas and a detached houses with ample gardens perfect for entertaining in a marquee.

Borehamwood is a more modern development but still benefits from the leafiness of Hertfordshire with greenspaces such as Aberford Park with its beautiful lake and willows. Its film and television connections continue with the new development millennium studios nearby.
