Space - marquee tents require the outdoor room to be installed. Either hard or soft ground and ideally flat.
Parking - with guests arriving at various times and often in small vehicles, there must be ample parking space planned.
Non-residential - ideally being in isolation from residences would be a good quality, as many councils will clamp down on noise pollution at late hours.
